Few days ago,my hubby went to bakery shop for his favorite blueberry muffin. I saw the muffin he brought back from the shop,it really look beautiful & smell great. So something cross my mind...my second muffin will be blueberry muffin. Secondly, i can stop my husband going back the bakery shop for his favorite blueberry muffin.
I started to searching for blueberry muffin recipes,so i search....search...search...it let me found Ching blog. Thank Ching help me made a successful muffin. Let me present my successful pretty & hot blueberry muffin which my hubby said 香香的蓝莓玛芬 ^^

He's the one who eat the most of my muffin, i only take few but it do taste great.
材料:
鸡蛋 ………… 1个
幼糖 ………… 70g
沙拉油 ……… 50g
牛奶 ………… 35g
原味优格 …… 80g
低筋面粉 …… 100g
泡打粉 ……… 1小匙
苏打粉 ……… 1/4 小匙
蓝莓丁 ……… 40g

做法:
1)鸡蛋加幼糖用打蛋器拌匀,加入沙拉油搅拌均匀。
2)分别加入牛奶及原味优格,继续搅成均匀液体状。
3)加入过筛后的低筋面粉,泡打粉及苏打粉,改用橡皮刮刀
已不规则方向轻轻搅拌呈均匀面糊。
4)加入蓝莓丁,轻轻拌匀。
5)用汤匙将面糊舀入纸杯内约八分满。
6)预热烤箱170度,烘烤20分钟或至熟。
