My register of marriage vedio

Nov end lo.. 1st day of Dec...radio started X'mas song. Anyone start planing to buy X'mas present for your love one? I want to buy a present to my hubby,but too expensive...may be next time.  I do feel this year 2010 really going fast & many things have change.. I'm happy this year i get register & getting marry next year. So now become someone wife(feel like naik pangkat) ~~ ^_^ ha...ha... I do love to share my happiness on register of marriage video to my blogger friends.

Just complete my cake cake...but due to the image not nice,so "pie seh" upload the photo. Sorry...ah...can't share to you all. Never mind this coming weekend,i try to made again...then take photo. Can't  wait till next morning for my breakfast^^

Blueberry Muffins~ 藍莓瑪芬~

Few days ago,my hubby went to bakery shop for his favorite blueberry muffin. I saw the muffin he brought back from the shop,it really look beautiful & smell great. So something cross my mind...my second muffin will be blueberry muffin. Secondly, i can stop my husband going back the bakery shop for his favorite blueberry muffin.







I started to searching for blueberry muffin recipes,so i search....search...search...it let me found Ching blog. Thank Ching help me made a successful muffin. Let me present my successful pretty & hot blueberry muffin which my hubby said  香香的蓝莓玛芬 ^^

Muffin fresh & hot from the oven, i faster take my camera (Canon) to take a nice photo.


My hubby said  很美哦!好可爱!

He's the one who eat the most of my muffin, i only take few but it do taste great.  

  
                                            藍莓瑪芬:-


材料:
鸡蛋 ………… 1个
幼糖 ………… 70g
沙拉油 ……… 50g
牛奶 ………… 35g
原味优格 …… 80g
低筋面粉 …… 100g
泡打粉 ……… 1小匙
苏打粉 ……… 1/4 小匙
蓝莓丁 ……… 40g

********************

做法:
1)鸡蛋加幼糖用打蛋器拌匀,加入沙拉油搅拌均匀。
2)分别加入牛奶及原味优格,继续搅成均匀液体状。
3)加入过筛后的低筋面粉,泡打粉及苏打粉,改用橡皮刮刀
已不规则方向轻轻搅拌呈均匀面糊。
4)加入蓝莓丁,轻轻拌匀。
5)用汤匙将面糊舀入纸杯内约八分满。
6)预热烤箱170度,烘烤20分钟或至熟。

New Journey....

New journey to blog...1st time i present a post in my blog. I try to refer & design my blog to look nice & attractive,but it's a hard start for me.


In future,i will present my blog with my lifestyle,sad & joy memory AND the most important is my hobby cooking & making cakes to share with those best cook "sifu" get some comment & tips.

Temporary,i still learning to how to design my blog.
